Kimberly “Kim” Martin, LCSW, is the Associate Director of Outreach Services at the University of Miami Counseling Center, where she has served since 2010. With over two decades of experience in the mental health field and 15 years in higher education, Kim leads prevention and education efforts across three campuses, blending clinical expertise with strategic outreach innovation. She is the founder and advisor of COPE peer education program, which she developed in 2010. Under her leadership, COPE has grown into a nationally recognized model, supported by a vibrant alumni network and a reputation for high-impact programming. She currently serves as President of AUCCCO and has held roles on its Board of Directors since 2017 including roles as Treasurer and President-Elect. Kimberly also co-chaired AUCCCO’s Mentorship and Consultation Committee for nearly a decade, supporting professionals in finding their place and purpose within the field.

Something fun about me: I have been to over 200 concerts and believe music is the universal language for healing and connection.
